E Security Service, a joint venture (Japan-Cambodia) providing advance security system in Cambodia with high technology from Japan and together with Ministry of Interior of Cambodia. After spending almost 2 years for researching about ESS service as well as ESS equipment Ministry of Interior decided to have Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with us for 10 years.
